  • Allen Oyler, JD President

    With over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500, health care, financial and high technology companies, Allen has helped these organizations meet their human resource and bottom line objectives. Working for such companies as Tektronix, Equitable Savings and Loan, University of Utah, SpaceLabs Medical and Protocol Systems, Inc., he designed compensation systems, defended against discrimination claims, developed affirmative action plans, managed various HR functions, including international HR, and lead the entire HR function. At Protocol Systems, Inc., he was the Vice President and General Manager of an OEM business unit. He has also led Corporate Information Technology, Telecommunications, Legal, and Facilities functions.

    As an Adjunct Professor, Allen has taught Business Law and Human Resource Management courses at Marylhurst College.

    Allen received his B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University, a M.S. in Management (emphasizing Human Resource Management) from the University of Utah, and a Juris Doctor in Law from Northwestern School of Law.

    His educational background, years of experience in line-management, and expert understanding of the human resource field gives him a balanced and practical approach in addressing complex strategic and diverse practical business issues.

    Allen serves on several professional and community organizations. He was the Chairman of the National EEO Committee for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and on the Board of Advisors for the Oregon Health Science University’s Medical Informatics and Outcomes Research Department. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Portland and Southwest Washington chapter of the American Heart Association. He serves on the Annual Lecture Committee of OHSU’s Heart Research Center. He also sits on the subcommittee of Health Resources Commission of the Oregon State’s Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research.
  • Dianne Gallawa

    Dianne has operated for the past 12 years at multiple leadership levels within major healthcare and high tech organizations, designing and executing practical, results-oriented solutions related to today’s challenges. She has developed a fast-paced, collaborative approach in working with staff and leadership to implement change and/or improvements, manage employee relations and develop the Human Resource within today's work environment.

    For over ten years, Dianne worked in the Human Resources field in various management positions specializing in Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Training and Recruitment. She has successfully helped many companies through management and/or employee challenges.

    Dianne has a BA in Occupational/Organization Psychology from Western Washington University, Bellingham, Washington.
  • Robert Dyer, PhD

    Bob is responsible for the organizational and management development. Prior to partnering with Onsite HR, Bob enjoyed a successful career in organizational development and training. He has been a Management Consultant for 25 years, emphasizing Management Development & Team Building.

    Bob’s client list includes such organizations as Shell Oil, where he developed a program on "Managing Team Development." This program was used through out the entire Shell organization. He developed a supervisory training program for NASA. At Kimberly-Clarke. Bob developed and administered a corporate wide management-training program. Based on his national reputation, Amdahl Corp. and TRW asked him to develop a corporate management training and team-building program. 3-M hired him to develop and implement a team-building program. Bob was also asked by HP to develop a management development program used throughout the HP organization. He had developed programs for managers on employee counseling and coaching.

    Bob has taught courses in organizational & management development, and organizational psychology at University of Oregon, Oregon State University, and Brigham Young University.

    Bob received his PhD from University of Oregon in Educational Psychology. He did Post Doctoral work with the National Training Laboratories in Organizational Development.
