2011 QIO NATIONAL COMPENSATION SURVEY
QIOs are into their 9th Scope of Work and fast approaching preparations for the 10th Scope of Work. In order to be competitive, organizations must be able to attract and retain key talent. Onsite HR is proud to announce the 2011 QIO National Compensation Survey with 43 positions being surveyed, many of them unique to QIO organizations.
In addition to salary data, the survey collects critical information related to healthcare and other benefits coverage, paid time off, performance management systems, and other important human resource practices. For the first time, this year’s survey is being conducted safely and securely online.
