Any issues between the company’s practices and the laws are noted and recommendations made to remedy them. While Onsite does not provide legal advice, it does alert the company to any potential problems which my expose it to legal liabilities.

Recommendations – This section lists recommended actions to be taken by the company now in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction. Also, Onsite HR makes recommendations for future actions to be taken in order to effectively meet the organization’s future objectives and vision.
Coverage – Certain laws take affect when the Company reaches certain revenue and headcount levels. The section lists the applicable federal and state laws and the minimum thresholds for compliance with those laws.
Record Keeping – This section lists the required records that must be maintained under each law, the required retention period and a further description of the recordkeeping requirements.
Postings/Notices – This section lists the required and recommended postings and notices, and any additional remarks related to postings or notices.
