Within 2 business days, you will receive a "Company ID" which will be used as part of your login process. As part of the registration process you will be asked to create a username and a password. Your e-mail address, the Company ID, and your personally selected username and password will serve as your secure access to your organization's data.
The price of the survey is $825. Onsite will invoice you directly. Non-participants may purchase the survey for $1,495 by contacting Onsite HR Services, Inc. at 503-680-7444 or through e-mail at hr@onsite-hr.com.
